Kathmandu- The Ministry of Health and Population is intensifying the work of recruitment along with staff integration. However, there have been three allegations that the ministry has been in the process of postponement.
One of the first and foremost allegations against the ministry during its deployment is the financial crisis.
The lower level staff in the ministry and the subordinate office are expressing anger over the lack of economic activity in the ministry. According to the employees, more than Rs. 1 lakh has been collected with various persons till the time of their deployment.
It is alleged that the work was being done to recover the money, saying that the employees would be selected for the office. So far, the employees of level 1, 9 and 8 have been appointed by the ministry. Many of the staff members who have been appointed have also taken on the responsibility.
The second allegation against the ministry is the discrimination on the basis of political status and accessibility.
The ministry has also been accused of leaving the employees on the basis of political status and access during the deployment. The complaint is being made that politically close staff and Minister Yadav’s party are working to close the nearest staff and other staff.
An employee says, “Better than us and the moneylenders are leaving work in the chosen office and staff who have no access to the province and elsewhere.”
The third allegation against the ministry is that it deliberately omitted names during the adjustment of some employees.
The Ministry has also been accused of releasing the names of its employees’ competitors in order to accommodate their nearest employees in a better position during staff integration.
“For the personal interest of some of the employees, the system has been dismantled,” said a senior ministry official, adding: “It is difficult to run a health ministry in this way.”
According to him, the problem has been due to the ability and ability of the workforce to be biased, to be left behind and to bring up his or her money provider.
Health News has inquired with the ministry’s spokesperson Mahendra Shrestha over the allegations leveled against the ministry during its deployment with staff integration.
Spokesperson Shrestha said all three of these allegations were false. He also informed that the ministry is proceeding according to the rules and regulations.
What did the spokesperson say about the three allegations against the ministry?
The first allegation concerning financial activity:
The person who is financially motivated should be taken into custody immediately. If anyone has any proof please contact the ministry immediately, contact us. Such a man should be hanged. In the postponement, there has been no financial upheaval in the adjustment. I will reward anyone who gives evidence of such behavior. I personally give one million rewards. If there is evidence on this matter, I would urge all to file a complaint to the Authority and Vigilance Center.
The second allegation is based on partisan bias:
We have not discriminated against any employee. According to the law of integration, work is progressing. There can be no one to put one or another to death. Because all work is done according to the adjustment law. Every employee should get justice.
Third accusation, on the issue of adjustment:
The intentions of the employee are not missed. We’re not missing out. But, it may be missing. This may be missing somewhere when it comes from the Ministry of General Administration. We are offering the missing person no injustice. Source: Health Newsletter
